“We cannot thank Ron and his daughter enough for all the remediation work they did! When we had Ron come out before I even showed him around the house we talked for about 30 minutes. He wanted to know what I was experiencing in the house since I had been suffering from mold sickness. He was determined to find and kill things off. They identified a couple of spots but the big culprit was under our kitchen sink! We also had mold growing in our HVAC system!! Ron was so kind and he really cares about his clients he set up an action plan for us to follow as well as aftercare instructions so we don’t experience this again. Even though he was the founder of mold in our home, I couldn’t have been more upset or thankful for his expertise. “I don't know what I would have done without North State Pure Maintenance. Once it was discovered there was a mold issue I called and they called back in less than 5 hours (I called in the middle of the night due to the severity of the mold once it was found) with a time they planned to come and treat entire property in less than 1 day wait time. Immediately the air quality improved and the two technicians that arrived were both friendly, sympathetic towards me in the situation and VERY thorough. They ensured the safety of the home with a follow up call to eradicate any remaining mold spores and left behind filters that would catch any remaining spores from circulating in air Vents. WOW. “My wife and I live full time in our 5th wheel trailer, we were constantly having to wipe down our windows and other areas where heat transfer provided mold growth opportunities. It's now been several months and we have not had to wipe down these suspect areas. I appreciate not having to use bleach wipes to wipe down our surfaces. “It really works! After my kids left the house, I kept our back two bedrooms closed off to save on heating costs. Both rooms are carpeted and after a couple years they took on a very dank smell. “I am a renter and upon moving to my current rental I had bad nasal issues. We're talking constant bloody,scabby & raw. Along with congestion!
